For bugs, billing questions, feature requests, or anything else: keyear.app@gmail.com. Please include your device/browser and, if it's a bug, what you were doing when it happened — it makes it much faster to track down.

Before you write in

• Most of the App's settings — theme, key labels, piano range, streak & best visibility — live behind the Settings icon in the top corner of the app.
• Imported songs, recordings, and transcriptions are stored only on your own device and are lost if you clear your browser's site data — back up anything you'd like to keep by re-exporting it.
• If a connected MIDI keyboard or microphone input isn't being picked up, check your browser's site permissions for microphone/MIDI access first — the App can't request access it's been denied at the browser level.
