For bugs, billing questions, feature requests, or anything else: support@keyear.app. Please include your device/browser and, if it's a bug, what you were doing when it happened — it makes it much faster to track down.

Before you write in

• Most of the App's settings — theme, key labels, piano range, accuracy visibility — live behind the Settings icon in the top corner of the app.
• Imported songs, recordings, and transcriptions are stored only on your own device and are lost if you clear your browser's site data. Back up anything you'd like to keep with Export .mid.
• If a connected MIDI keyboard isn't being picked up, check your browser's site permissions for MIDI access first. The App can't ask again for access your browser has already blocked.
